I wanted to fast today but my stomach was already growling at 11plus.I pondered abt fasting lunch instead.However,"the Lord spoke,"if u cannot fast ur lunch,what makes u think that u can fast ur dinner?"Still i ate my lunch.At Elaine Cook's mtg,i got convicted of fasting my lunch to really spend time with God.I dont know how this is possible but i will follow as the Spirit leads.
